At HumanDogBed.au, we strive to provide top-quality beds to our valued customers in Australia. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all the purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at care@humandogbed.au. The product must be returned in original condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Reshipment:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You may request a refund or reshipment if you have not received your ordered products within the guaranteed delivery time of 45 days (excluding 2-5 days of processing).
  • If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly provide a refund or arrange to reship the correct item.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 2 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items returned after the 30-day refund window.
  • Products without a valid proof of purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please immediately contact our customer support team at care@humandogbed.au. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or a refund for the damaged/defective item.

7. Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team at care@humandogbed.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

DogDoze.com.au reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all purchases made after the date of the policy update.
